A Different Perspective
My husband new I had lost my mind. He helped me with the ladder. I could barely climb the ladder. My knee kept dislocating. I made it on the shed and wasn't sure I could get on the roof, but it happened. (Oh I hate arthritis)
As I looked out I could see farther then earlier. Everything was much smaller. I could see roofs, tops of vehicles, my neighbors (who new I had finally lost it for sure), everything looked greener and my lilac's were gorgeous. And my rood still looks great!!
I realized that many items I hated in the yard and want to change weren't visible. As I pondered this and compared it to life I realized that many times we get too caught up in the unimportant aspects of life that we get wrap up in, What we should do is stop, step back and look at the total picture. Put life back to the right perspective. Then the small stuff won't seem so big and important.

Fall Colors
Curt and I went to Palisades Dam last fall so I could take pictures. Oh my that was the best time for pictures. I could of stayed there for days. But then I had to come back to reality. Here are just a few of my most favorite pictures. Some pictures you can't see all of them. So if you click on the first picture it will take you to where you see them all totally. When done then just close it and you will come right back here.
I just love to go up here and just dream and take in everything I see. Now I just need to blow some of these up and hang them on my walls

My wild art
Thought I would post more of my art from my class. This was such a wonderful class from Christy Tomlinson and Junelle Jacobson. Loved every minute of it. We started off sketching radishes!! Never thought a radish could be so fun and interesting.
We moved on from there and did some silly owls. Oh my what fun and they were so cute. Every ones owls turned out so differently, it was so fun to see all the fun ways an owl can look. Here are the ones I finally painted.

My little YukiTomo
I was so excited in October when my son called and said they just got a new litter of puppies. They were going to be pretty small schnauzers. So I picked one out and could hardly wait for December when I could get my little angel. I named him YukiTomo, meaning snow friend in Japanese.
He was such a little lover. I couldn't believe I loved him so fast and so much!! A week before he turned 5 months I took him to the Vet to have him fixed. They started the gas and he went in a coma instantly. After 1.5 hours of working on him I finally told the Doctor enough. If we was going to come back he would of done by then. She unhooked him from all the supports and gave him to me. I just held him tight till he finally passed away. I felt like my heart was ripped out. I miss him so much, but am so grateful for the time I had with him. Good bye my angel boy, I miss you so much
